  On August 12th 2025 I was leaving Target in Sheridan colorado I waited for my lyft ride to show up as usual. When the driver pulled up he immediately locked the doors and rolled down the front passenger window part way and in a very rudely and aggressive manner blatently told me that my fully trained and registered 4 1/2 year old service dog wasn't getting in the car under any circumstances. He then started talking very loudly and with a malicious tone saying things that I couldn't understand it was so far beyond anyone's understanding. I then told I was reporting everything to Lyft. He then replied that he was calling the police on me and have me arrested I laughed at him and he didn't reply he just started talking crazy again. He then pulled forward and backward multiple times getting closer and closer to me and my service dog trying to intimidate us by acting like he was going to run us over with his car. In the middle of his childish and grossly unprofessional episode he was having i do remember lifting my right leg so I wouldn't be ran over but my foot never touched the car. Despite the facts that I didn't have the physical strength to have caused any damage of any kind to anything or anyone that I explained to to the 3 cops that showed up. When the cops arrived they all immediately swarmed me like a pack of rabid coyotes and immediately started to accuse me of kicking the car and maliciously started falsely accusing me of something I tried explaining it was sciencentificaly impossible in any situation due my extreme debilitating disabilities and recent chronic injuries I sustained in a very serious accident that almost killed me just a couple months previous that I had to have two major surgeries and I now still have at least two more serious surgeries to possibly partially regain any strength or use of my entire right arm to avoid possible amputation later down the road. But not one of the cops wrote my statement down, they also very rudely and with conduct unbecoming of an officer told me that the driver had every right to knowingly and willfully discriminate against against me, an extremely debilitated disabled United States citizen. The police continued to openly harassing me. One of them then without any kind of evidence, with the testimony of a hostile witness who never witnessed any kind of crime being committed, filed a false police report, and without any legal probable cause with all evidence pointing towards my innocence and testimony they issued me a citation for criminal mischief to summons me me to court so they can maliciously prosecute me without any legality or proper procedure for a charge that was so very obviously fabricated by the 3 cops and the Lyft driver. After the one cop came out of the store yelling atrocities and blatant lies one of the other cops started openly threatening me saying that if I didn't leave immediately they were going arrest me and take my service dog the animal shelter separating service animal from handler. After issuing the citation one of cops came walking of the store very obviously fabricating evidence started yelling across the parking lot that he had me on camera kicking the car. Despite the actuality, i later was thinking about it, from the angle to the camera from where I was standing the entire time the driver was acting aggressively and throwing his temper tantrum the camera wouldn't and couldn't have have witnessed what the cop claimed to have seen and was yelling false testimony very loudly in front of the store. exhausted all my options to obtain council so I can be properly represented and have the opportunity to be acquitted from malicious prosecution from tyrant corrupt government officials that are openly and have without a reasonable doubt abused the and overreached their authority to violate the right of the rights of a severely disabled American citizen and ultimately to falsely imprison me for a fully fabricated and very openly absurd charge that even most illegal immigrants could even could see without the shadow of a doubt all this is extremely preposterous. I have also requested on multiple occasions that the courts supply me with proper council and they keep blatently ignoring me denying to the right legal counsel even though the law states that if I can't afford a lawyer one will be provided for me at the cost of the government. Since the very moment the cops maliciously approached me and started openly harassing me, every time I go to go out in public to do anything from going to the doctor or to purchase food to survive or pickup my prescriptions or literally doing anything that involves the general public I start having consistent debilitating extreme anxiety causing me to have trouble breathing, obvious problems talking, communicating, or properly functioning as a human being. I swear it's an automatic reaction every single time I go out in public I can't help but being completely overwhelmed by the fear that the cops are going hunt and find a way to kill me while I'm weak and completely lack any kind of means to defend myself in anyway which I do have a right to defend myself against corrupt law enforcement that has the full intent and with extreme bias and every intent to murder me. Then fabricate some evidence and course any witnesses by any means they see fit so they can get away with it. It literally scares me to the point that it's affecting my every waking moment and causing constant anguish, excessive stress, and causing my mental health to significantly decline not to mention my physical health condition that's declining at exponentially excellerated rate which causes a feeling that my life is ending in that very moment and I'm unable to do anything about it like the only choice I have is to let my life be terminated. It's the most the most torturous agonizing pain and feeling and the most suffering that nobody should ever have to endure let alone be forced uppon another human. I don't understand how all this is actually happening to me in a very open and blatant manner. In the course of these atrocious conspiracies and inhumane crimes that are being brought upon me, nobody that I have sincerely and with the utmost humility reported these crimes to have refused to do anything even though it's their career and clear obligations by law to at the very least investigate (which they would find I'm not exaggerating, if anything I'm underplaying the malicious intent that's being unjustly brought upon me by corrupt government officials) they would probably be appalled and in disbelief about their factual findings about this unlawful completely unwarranted and un-American acts against humanity. They're not taking down without me fighting for life in anyway that I possibly can even though it might not be a physical fight but my voice will not be silenced by a unconstitutional and most atrocious law enforcement and corrupt judge and prosecuting attorney. The legal obligations of the judge and prosecuting attorney are to protect people in my situation by dismissing charges that have no factual basis, probable cause, and a malicious intent to cause me harm by making false impossible allegations against me for the soul purpose and take away my constitutional freedom for no other reason but to cause a fragile severely disabled innocent citizen extreme distress and physical harm. And it all started because a lyft driver had to make up and premeditated to conspire against another US citizen so he could preserve his falsified self image and for whatever unjust reason the cops decided to take side rather than be subjective and they all willfully and knowingly coluted in a unlawful conspiracy to commit a crime against a helpless debilitated person with multiple chronic debilitating that has no possible physical means to have factually committed the accused fabricated crime.

  I would appreciate it if you could correct UCH Civil Rights that they are missing Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) as an effective communication service for people with hearing loss who do not know sign language. Not all people with hearing loss know sign language but need captions.

  The notice they sent me is misleading if CART is not provided. Please help me reach them. I emailed them and they did not reply. I wrote them on Nov. 6, 2024.

  Mandatory Order from DOJ to State of Colorado concerning ADA, Olmstead, and people at risk of losing their community living rights! This should also apply to DORA/ Task Force and HOA's who "force" seniors and people with disabilities and others of a protected class from their homes and community living resources, especially through illegal means being used by magistrates and muni courts, to "confiscate" properties by claiming unpaid dues/fees and outrageous attorney fees.

Soon after the ADA was first signed into law, I was hired by the Arapaho/Roosevelt National Forest, and then the White River National Forests.   Too often, those of us with functional challenges fall in the cracks between pigeon holes.

  For example, I've often had to go without medical treatment, due to my disability income being slightly too high to qualify for Medicaid. Also, I've been (and presently still am) being harassed, and taken advantage of, due to neerdowell-underlings in local government, deliberately capitalizing on their knowledge of my limitations. It is SHAMEFUL what some will do, when they are confident they can get away with abuse!

  I emailed Commissioner Levy and requested accommodations for the hard of hearing at her May 18, 2023 Town Hall since I have severe hearing loss and wanted to attend her meeting. She wrote me back that the location of the Town Hall meeting was not a county facility so she doubted it had a hearing loop. I emailed back, asking her to ensure that her next Town Hall have a hearing loop so I could attend. She wrote me back saying "The ADA doesn't require county commissioners to limit our activities to places that can accommodate people with disabilities." So... Continue reading

  I am writing this knowing it will be ignored. Here are my concerns, you give all the power to HOA boards, and the owners, and taxpayers, have none. My answer from you is always, hire an attorney. An unacceptable answer. I have filled a complaint about my board and never any reasonable solution. Dora is paid by the state, this is disappointing, waste of money.
