County Commission Claire Levy did not accommodate my hearing needs

I emailed Commissioner Levy and requested accommodations for the hard of hearing at her May 18, 2023 Town Hall since I have severe hearing loss and wanted to attend her meeting. She wrote me back that the location of the Town Hall meeting was not a county facility so she doubted it had a hearing loop. I emailed back, asking her to ensure that her next Town Hall have a hearing loop so I could attend. She wrote me back saying "The ADA doesn't require county commissioners to limit our activities to places that can accommodate people with disabilities." So as you can see, the commissioner made no effort to accommodate my disability and even said that ADA does not require commissioners to accommodate people with disabilities which surprised me. is that true? if not and she is required to accommodate people with disabilities, could you please educate her?
