Excel will not identify the root cause of power outages and instill corrective action

My bride and have lived in the same house for over 43 years. About 4-6 times a year for the past 43, we’ve lost power. Excel knows this yet they bring power back on using a band-aid fix only to see the power go out again the following month - the transformer blows out. A couple of times a fire started and the fire department had to put it out. When will Excel permanently fix the problem? We’d like to know what the root cause is and what they are doing to fix the continually blown transformer problem on Cedar Dr Berthoud, Co 80513?
