Power out again!!

Over the last two months Xcel has been shutting off our power several times a week without notice. They clearly know about it because I call within a minute and they have a restoration time. Its being reported for repairs. Seems like rolling blackouts. I didn't know Colorado approved this.

My gas meter was 'upgraded' to another meter (not a smart meter) when I was out of town. My house sitter called me and told me we had no hot water for showers, and the stove wasn't working. Excel will not identify the root cause of power outages and instill corrective action

My bride and have lived in the same house for over 43 years. About 4-6 times a year for the past 43, we’ve lost power. Excel knows this yet they bring power back on using a band-aid fix only to see the power go out again the following month - the transformer blows out. A couple of times a fire started and the fire department had to put it out. When will Excel permanently fix the problem?
