Ex Xcel troubleman

Being a lineman for 44 years gives me some background on the electric system around Denver. For one it is Xcels lack of maintenance on their overhead lines. I still look at poles and wire as I drive around town. There is a lot of junk out there. Whoever the brilliant person that made the call has never worked in the field one day. I happen to be on oxygen now and your stupid decision to set recliners on one shot made absolutely no sense. About put me in my grave. Fires happen in open spaces with dead brush and what not. I don't think there has ever been a catastrophic fire in a big metropolitan city. I had lots of oxygen tanks, thank God but still not enough. Ended up loading my concentrator and getting a hotel room. California shuts off power now because of fires. If you happen to watch the news all those fires are in wooded areas not in downtown LA. By the way we're not California so don't let them be your example setter. Anyway again I want to harp on the suit that decided on a nonsense way of trying to beat mother nature. By the way did you save any houses. Haven't heard anything along those lines but I hear a lot of unhappy people, me included!!!!
