No food or safety because of Excel

It is 6:38 AM in the morning and we have not had power since the afternoon before. I spent $300 on groceries and that’s all I had for groceries and now my food is starting to spoil and excel does not care. They specifically make sure that they are protected from covering anybody’s damage damages.. They turned our power off so often even when there’s no obvious weather where I’m located we lose power so often and I’m in an apartment complex and I don’t have the ability to just start a generator. It’s absolutely disgusting What Excel is able to do all because they don’t want to be sued - not because they care about our safety. I find it really hard to believe that they turn off our electricity only because of weather. It sounds like poorly maintaining infrastructure, and I would like to know exactly why. Not to mention it’s gonna be 100° today. Our place was disgustingly hot last night and now what am I supposed to do with my pets and child? Am I supposed to go out and buy food now because I don’t have the ability to cook? I’m supposed to lose out on my groceries and now find money to eat out? And excel customer service sucks. The people who work there do not care either. How this is even allowed to function this way in the United States of America is crazy to me. I’m not living it poor territory. I’m not living in a poor country. There’s no reason that I should be losing my groceries because of Excel especially when they offer Nothing to help & can’t hire people with customer service skills to help you through it.
