Failure to maintain the power infrastructure

We lost power for 2 days during the winter storm a few weeks ago. We then lost power for 3 days after the wind storm. While I understand it was a weather event this should not have happened as long as it did. I have been getting notices that power poles will be replaced our Broadway Estates neighborhood off and on for years but have never seen any poles actually getting replaced. The pole in our backyard has been bent for over 5 years and although Xcel knows about they have done nothing. I feel this past month’s power losses have primarily been due to gross negligence and a failure of Xcel to maintain the power infrastructure.
