H O A property management companies participating in Unearned Fee kickback at closing of Federal Related Mortgage transactions

At least on company, which provides downloads of H.O.A. documents to potential purchasers of resold properties are offering up to $80.00 of the $300.00 service fee charged to homebuyers.
