Worst experience of my life

I called Nov 7 to inform excel that the property will have a new owner on Dec 1st. On December 17 They had not yet closed my account and were still charging me. Claiming they had no record of my request. I was told they would do it that day but could not retroactive back to the Dec 1. I called again on the 20th and they again lied to me and said they had no record of my request to stop service again. Thinking it finally got handled I called again on January 5th to put another account back in my name to find out the other account was still not cancelled. at that point I reported to the commission and that part was finally resolved, so I thought. (I was told that it was because i had a landlord agreement and when it got closed it went back to the landlord (which is me) idiots!!! i mean what kind of insanity is that? So because the landlord agreement was the issue they kept blaming it on, i said i wanted to cancel the landlord agreement for my other property. but now Instead of canceling the agreement i find out two weeks later they cancelled my service for that property and turned off my electricity! I never asked them to close that account!!!! the amount of insanity these customer service agents is astonishing! I repeated myself multiple times and every single person, including my customer advocate knew why i wanted! So basically when you want service canceled they don't do it and when you don't wanted service cancelled they do that! i swear it felt like i was being targeted. so basically never sign up for any landlord agreement because Excel energy is worthless and it will only result in a bunch of confusion and headache! plus they charge for that service. And they will lie the whole while! Abusive is what it is!
