The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations, is working with Credentia and the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) to improve the Nurse Aid (NA) testing process. As part of this effort, we are reaching out to those of you who proctor NA exams to hear about your experience. We would like to know what works well, what needs improvement, and what suggestions you have to improve processes as it relates to NA exams in Colorado. While this forum requires a username, it can be your actual name or you can choose to remain anonymous. If you are willing to leave your contact information for the state to follow up, should we have additional questions, it would be appreciated, but it is certainly not required. Identifying information will not be shared with Credentia or NCSBN.
