Why does this matter?
Four out of ten Coloradans live in an HOA. The rules governing HOAs have big impacts on our communities and homeowners across the state. The HOA Task Force is a group created by House Bill 23-1105 to better understand and improve upon the current rules for Colorado HOAs.

Who should participate in this feedback?
We are hoping to hear from anyone who has interacted with an HOA in Colorado. Homeowners and prospective homeowners are welcome, as are board members, tenants, professionals, and anyone working with HOAs.
What is the HOA Center?
The HOA Information & Resource Center is a resource within DORA for consumers to understand their basic rights and responsibilities relating to Common Interest Communities – such as HOAs, POAs, condominiums, co-ops, and timeshares.
